Many of my clients start seeing results after just a few sessions. It’s important to understand that coaching is a journey, and results may not be immediate for everyone.
Our goal is to create lasting change, so if you are looking for a quick fix, this is probably not the right place for you. Consistency and commitment are key to long-term success.
Coaching engagements vary in duration depending on your goals and progress. They can range from a few months to a year or more. The duration is determined collaboratively to ensure you achieve meaningful results.
The coaching relationship is built on trust and confidentiality. Coaches are trained to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss any issues or concerns.
