Rey is an executive & leadership coach that specializes in helping leaders accelerate their impact, create high performing cultures and have more fun in the process.

In 2019, Rey was selected as an ICF Young Leader Award Honoree, an award that celebrates coach practitioners under the age of 40 who are poised to lead ICF and the coaching profession into the future. Honorees embody the core values of ICF and represent a diverse community of emerging thought leaders.

Rey was recently recognized on Real Leaders Magazine’s 2016 list of 100 Visionary Leaders Leading Us Toward A Better World.

Rey Co-Chaired the International Coach Federation’s Western Region Advisory Council for North America, where he led the leaders of 3,200 coaches within 17 chapters.

Rey is a Founding Member of the Forbes Coaches Council – an invitation-only community for the World’s Most Influential Business and Career Coaches.

Rey was a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and the Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Community Sacramento Hub, which brings together Sacramento’s most talented young leaders to undertake projects that generate a positive impact locally, regionally and globally.

For the last decade, Rey has been committed to developing the skills necessary to create transformative change within individuals, teams and organizations. In the process, he’s spent thousands of hours learning, developing and honing these skills as well as researching related fields such as psychology, neuroscience, behavioral economics and human perception. Rey has successfully coached and developed talented leaders from a wide variety of backgrounds and from places all over the globe.
